Chief chefs Anita Lo, Douglas Rodriguez, John Besh and Mark Peel are all tied up. That is, they must cook an egg with one hand tied behind their back. Later, they conjure up culinary magic to impress notable guests, including actor Neil Patrick Harris.
Crack cooks Rick Bayless, Cindy Pawlcyn, Wilo Benet and Ludovic Lefebvre create color-themed cuisine. Later, they hit the streets of Los Angeles to serve food fare to pedestrians.
